26,000 - 30,000 (dependent on experience)

Serious Cricket is looking for a

dynamic and experienced Coach

to join our professional coaching team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a well-resourced, supportive environment across two outstanding cricket centres.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality

1-to-1 coaching sessions

Lead

group coaching programmes

for various age groups and skill levels Organise and run

holiday coaching camps

Assist with the day-to-day operation of the cricket centres Contribute to the continued development and success of Serious Cricket's coaching programmes

About You:

A qualified cricket coach (minimum ECB Level 2 or equivalent) Passionate about player development and grassroots cricket Experienced in delivering coaching to individuals and groups Organised, reliable, and confident working independently or as part of a team Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
