We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice. The role will mainly be nursing, however there may be some reception days also. We are a family run business with a great team.

Responsibilities
Dental nursing duties
Schedule and confirm appointments, managing the calendar effectively to optimise patient flow.
Handle patient inquiries via phone and in-person, providing accurate information regarding services and procedures.
Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries with attention to detail.
Assist in coordinating with dental staff to ensure smooth operations within the practice.
Implement IT systems for efficient record-keeping and appointment management.
Support the dental team as needed, including assisting with patient care when required.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A background in nursing or patient care is advantageous but not essential.
Proficiency in IT systems relevant to dental practice management is desirable.
A friendly disposition with a commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
