We offer non-competitive gymnastics classes and sensory gross motor development classes for children aged 4 months to 12 years, supporting their physical, emotional, and social development in a safe, inclusive, and joyful environment. Now, we're looking for a full-time instructor who brings calm confidence, energy, and heart to everything they do.

About the Role



As a Full-Time Instructor at The Little Gym Wimbledon, you'll be a vital part of a close-knit team that creates joyful, enriching experiences for children and their families. You'll help lead non-competitive gymnastics-based classes in a high-energy, play-focused environment--while bringing calm, structure, and maturity to the floor. You'll be hands-on with the kids, helping them develop physically, socially, and emotionally, and you'll also support the day-to-day running of the gym with a can-do, team-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities



Lead or assist in delivering gymnastics-based classes for children aged 4 months to 12 years. Create a calm, structured environment that's also fun, dynamic, and engaging Support positive group behaviour and classroom dynamics with warmth and consistency Build strong relationships with parents through professional, friendly communication Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised gym space Assist with basic administrative tasks including phone calls, bookings, and payments Be a positive role model to both children and colleagues Take part in ongoing training and team development opportunities

About You



We're looking for someone who can balance maturity and responsibility with energy and enthusiasm. You might be a recent graduate, a working professional, or someone with a strong background in gymnastics, customer service, coaching, and/or teaching.

You Should



Genuinely enjoy working with children and understand the importance of early development Feel confident leading a room, while still being playful and fully involved in the action Have experience in gymnastics, parkour, dance, or similar movement-based activities Communicate clearly and professionally, with strong interpersonal skills Be physically active and comfortable moving, lifting, and being on your feet all day Bring experience in childcare, coaching, teaching, customer service, or team leadership Be organised, self-motivated, and ready to take initiative Be open to learning, feedback, and ongoing personal and professional growth Be available to work weekends and school holidays (Full-time employees receive paid annual leave)
