We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our team in preparing and cooking delicious meals in a busy nuresery setting. The ideal candidate will assist in various kitchen activities to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food service. Understanding Food hygiene and allergen awareness is essential. Ability to manage own time and organise a kitchen area.
Duties:
- Support in the food preparation and cooking tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
- Assist in organising kitchen supplies and ingredients
- Help with meal preparation and presentation
- Follow food safety guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver exceptional dishes
- Aid in catering services as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen environment is advantageous
