Job Description

Pearsons Southern Limited are a long established multi-branch independent Estate Agency and Lettings Agency with head-quarters in Southampton.

We are looking for an experienced Payroll/Accounts Clerk for our busy head office. However, we will consider candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of the key functions listed below:

The role includes:

Download daily bank statements Bank reconciliations Update the supplier bank details templates Pay suppliers, checking that the payments to be made are correct and modify where necessary Monthly journals Input customer invoices Record monthly income and prepare data for staff salaries etc All payroll duties including staff data input, P11d submissions, pensions and PAYE/NIC Filing Email/telephone queries In office position
Skills Required:

Sage Payroll (essential) Sage 50 (essential) Excel (essential) Good communication skills both verbal and written IT skills preferrable Good attention to detail is essential
Working Hours - Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
