We're Sound With Us, a creative UK entertainment company specialising in tailored live music experiences for weddings, private parties and corporate events.

We're looking for a full-time Event Project Manager to join our small, dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of projects, grow with us, and help shape the future of a unique and fast-evolving business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of live music and entertainment events. Act as a key liaison for clients, musicians, and production staff throughout projects. Coordinate artists, suppliers, venues, and logistics with precision and creativity. Monitor and update our CRM system, schedules, repertoire and booking platforms. Assist in the visual and stylistic presentation of proposals and event concepts. Contribute ideas and improvements to company processes and offerings. Represent and assist the team during events (occasional evenings and weekends).
Who You Are

Highly organised, with 2+ years' experience in the events or entertainment industry. A strong communicator with a positive, can-do attitude. A motivated team player with ambition to grow within the company. Confident working independently while collaborating closely with colleagues and talent. Flexible and adaptable, comfortable wearing different hats when needed. Strong visual and stylistic sensibilities, with an eye for branding and presentations. Based in or near London, with easy access to Bromley/Orpington, and able to work both within the office and remotely. Driving license and access to a car - a must. Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends - a must. Knowledge of social media trends and editing tools - a plus.
