We are an award-winning contemporary Japanese Izakaya restaurant, proudly established in 2001 in Clapham. We serve exceptional Japanese cuisine and hand-crafted cocktails in a vibrant, fast-paced setting.

We are now looking for an experienced and passionate

Restaurant Manager

What We're Looking For:

At least

2 years of experience in a managerial role

within hospitality (required) Experience with

Japanese cuisine or working in a Japanese restaurant

(preferred) Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team Confident handling

cash, rotas, stock, and operational duties

Reliable, respectful, well-mannered and hard-working Excellent customer service and communication skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards

Schedule:

35-40 hours per week 8-10 hour shifts Day and late evening shifts 1 double shift per week Weekend availability Flexitime available

Location Requirement:

Applicants must be able to

commute reliably to Clapham, London SW4

, or plan to relocate before starting.
