The Role

Noah's is recruiting a Waiter/Waitress to be a key player in building a destination seafood restaurant for the UK. If you're passionate about seafood and fish cookery and want to be part of a progressive team that works together to deliver the best possible hospitality to our diners, then this is your opportunity to be part of Noah's journey from the start.

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will have excellent product knowledge, especially on seafood and be able to recommend and educate guests on all menu items. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of the service and elevating guest experience and satisfaction. You will be expected to look after a section of tables, take all drinks and food orders, make beverages, take payments, host, and run food and drinks. You will assist the management in delivering first-rate service. You will collaborate with other team members in completing pre-service and post-service duties.

We require a minimum of 30 hrs to begin with to be part of our team because consistency is key to our team.

The first standalone venture for husband-and-wife team Daniel and Joie Rosser, Noah's has grown from strength to strength since its inception in May 2023.

Dan and Joie were delighted to breathe new life into this iconic Bristol venue by opening Noah's. Having put down roots in Hotwells and wider Bristol community over the last two years, they're continually striving to build on Noah's hard-earned reputation as a rising star on the local and national restaurant scene.
