Summary
Due to expanding our occupancy, we are seeking two dedicated Nursery Practitioners to join our team at Little Buttons Day Nursery in Cockernhoe Luton. This role is vital in fostering the growth and development of young children, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care and education in our unique setting.
Responsibilities
Create a safe and stimulating environment for children. Plan and implement engaging educational activities. Monitor children's development and provide feedback to parents. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the nursery's programs. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Support children with diverse needs and backgrounds. Maintain accurate records of children's progress. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
Qualifications
Level 3 qualification in childcare. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles. Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities. Excellent communication skills with both children and parents. Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with young children.Call-To-Action
