We are seeking a skilled Tool Maker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in tooling, with the ability to fabricate and assemble components for various applications. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our production processes, particularly in plastics injection moulding.
Duties
Ensure all duties are performed in a safe and efficient manner within the parameters of current Health and Safety Legislation (HASAW Act 1974)
To maintain mould tools.
To be able to use the overhead crane safely. (Training will be given)
To work the required hours when needed to ensure production demands are met.
Undertake any other duties as necessary to fulfil the needs of the job and its objective as and when requested by the Tool Room Manager / Supervisor.
To work on any of the production sites as and when required.

Qualifications
Strong mechanical knowledge and expertise in tooling and assembly processes
Proficiency in plastics injection molding techniques
Familiarity with hand tools

Pay: From 14.80 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
