The Role

We're seeking a

Semi-Skilled Engineer

to assist in the maintenance, repair, and servicing of various plant and construction equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on mechanical experience who is eager to develop their skills further within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior engineers in servicing and repairing plant machinery Perform routine maintenance and safety checks Identify and report faults or wear and tear on equipment Keep workshop tools and equipment in good condition Maintain a clean and safe working environment Occasionally attend off-site jobs under supervision

Requirements

Some experience with plant, mechanical, or automotive equipment Basic mechanical knowledge and tool handling skills Eagerness to learn and develop new technical skills Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
