My client is a people-centric, customer-focused leading Microsoft Partner who work with multiple businesses around the UK and the Netherlands within the Manufacturing, Distribution, and omnichannel sales providers, helping to understand business needs, use MS Dynamics to deliver seamless command of a full range of capabilities and integrate the software as well as managing it post-integration.

Having flourished post-Covid, the business has gone through a steady growth phase, and as part of their continued strategy to further consolidate existing accounts and yield new clients, they\'re now looking for an addition 2 Functional Consultants to join the team and be at the forefront for growth and innovation within the business. With new staff, they have one of the most comprehensive and well-planned induction methods within the industry; starting with HR introduction, Buddy System, 1-2-1 paired work on a large internal project before going through a tailored introduction to working with new clients and beyond, meaning you\'ll always know what\'s expected of you and where you stand on your personal growth and development roadmap (a strategy that\'s been so successful that means their average staff tenure is 5.7 years, well above industry average).

Day-to-day, you\'ll be:

• Delivering end-to-end functional consulting services to clients, ensuring successful implementation, customisation, and configuration of D365 solutions.
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and provide expert advice and guidance.
• Creating and maintaining detailed documentation
• Conducting user training sessions and providing ongoing support to ensure effective adoption of D365 solutions
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and Microsoft technologies, continually expanding skills and knowledge with the help of their knowledge hub

Key Skills:

• Demonstrated expertise in D365 customisation, configuration, and documentation + 2 years
• Strong functional consulting skills, with a proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Power Apps experience, including building and customising apps using the Power Platform (Canvas / Model-Driven)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members

Interviews are a two-stage process, the first being with HR to delve into your skillset, the second being with the technical team to examine your strengths and areas for technical improvement in more detail.
