Beamzone Ltd is a multifaceted company with a different business activities such as Courier/Logistics and Afro-caribbean food item (spices, clothing and other type of textiles) Olasewa Afrocaribbean Store is a trading name under Beamzone Ltd used to carry out sales of Afro-caribbean food items onlines and for communities in shropshire, west-midland and entire UK.

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Functional Manager to oversee key operational functions within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing human resources, logistics and store processes, streamlining workflows, and ensuring the effective utilisation of management systems such as Workday, Freeagent, and HRIS platforms. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong management experience and exceptional communication skills to lead teams and optimise organisational performance.

Duties



Lead and supervise teams across various departments, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Oversee the logistics business and store by utilisation and optimisation of freeagent, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), Workday systems to support HR functions. Manage recruitment processes by coordinating with ATS platforms and ensuring seamless onboarding procedures. Analyse data related to human resources metrics to inform strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency. Develop and deliver presentations to senior management regarding workforce planning, talent acquisition, and HR analytics. Supervise the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal standards and organisational policies. Collaborate with Human Resources teams to enhance employee engagement initiatives and talent development programmes. Maintain effective communication channels across teams to foster a collaborative working environment. Provide training and support on management systems such as Workday, Taleo, Human Resources software, and data analysis tools.

Experience



Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams within a human resources environment. Extensive experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, or similar systems. Demonstrable expertise in utilisation of ATS platforms for recruitment purposes. Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets into actionable insights. Excellent presentation skills with experience delivering reports and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders. Solid understanding of human resources principles, Admin policies, and operations best practices. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively customers at all levels. Prior experience in managing organisational change or process improvements is advantageous. Pay: 41,814.83-42,673.80 per year
