Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Tutor to join our team and provide educational support to post 16 students.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people and possess expertise in special educational support.

Duties:

- Deliver employability and functional skills maths and English lessons to a group of 20 learners.

- Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs

- Educate students using effective teaching methods and resources

- Communicate with parents or guardians to discuss student progress and address concerns

- Assist students in improving their academic performance and study skills

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working with post 16 students, particularly NEET learners or in special education settings.

- Proven ability to provide tutoring and educational support

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

- Passion for helping students succeed academically

- Relevant qualifications in tutoring or education
