Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in designated subjects Develop customised lesson plans that meet the individual needs of each student Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly Foster a supportive and engaging learning atmosphere Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educational staff regarding progress and challenges Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall learning experience

Experience

Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is desirable Familiarity with special education practices is advantageous Proven experience working with children in an educational setting Strong communication skills to effectively convey concepts and engage students Ability to build rapport with students and create a trusting relationship
