Main Responsibilities

Based at the Aberdeen Cyrenians Bridge of Don offices with occasional visits to other Aberdeen Cyrenians sites, the aim of this role is to support the ELT with:
  • Organise and co-ordinate Aberdeen Cyrenians non-services systems and processes to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency across a diverse range of activities.
  • Developing FST communication protocols, streamlining processes and procedures. Providing support and assistance to the wider FST as required/identified.
  • Providing support and assistance to the ELT Team as required/identified.
  • Main focal point for corporate office arrangements
In addition to the above, the ELT may identify project specific activities which support the execution of the income generation and engagement strategies (both internal and external) e.g., events and corporate volunteering.

Job Activities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for Aberdeen Cyrenians with external parties.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for Aberdeen Cyrenians staff when they are unsure how to access information/ who to speak to (non-services)
  • Maintaining organisation\xe2\x80\x99s management systems so they are reflecting of the current activities, structures, and requirements. This may include but not be limited to:
oDeveloping standards and promote activities that enhance the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s efficiency.

oProviding knowledge, advice, coaching and direction to staff on the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s management systems

oDocument control and ensuring as historical reference for the organisation by outlining procedures for protection, retention, record disposal and retrieval.
  • Working closely with the Facilities & Infrastructure Co-ordinator and Warehouse Co-ordinator to ensure smooth running of the activities and processes, with a focus on planning and execution.
  • Managing relationships with external providers and landlords as directed by the Head of Corporate & Business Services.
  • Providing support on cash management to Head of Finance. Acting as a \xe2\x80\x98back up\xe2\x80\x99 resource to the People function for Payroll requirements.
