Senior Individual Giving Officer

to help us grow and engage our community of supporters.


This is a 30 - 37.5 hours per week role based between home and one of our hospices in Cambridge, Norwich, or Ipswich (with an expectation of at least one office-based day per week, flexible to business needs). You'll report to the Individual Giving Manager and be part of a values-driven team.


Are you:




A strong communicator who uses their campaign skills to drive real-world impact? Motivated by the opportunity to help raise vital funds for children with life-threatening conditions and their families? A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to donor engagement and stewardship?

Do you have:




Experience delivering effective fundraising campaigns across print and digital platforms? Knowledge of data protection and UK fundraising regulations? Strong project management skills, the ability to work cross-departmentally, and flair for persuasive story telling? Experience managing relationships with external suppliers (e.g., lottery providers)?

Responsibilities include:




Leading our relationship with the charity's lottery provider and supporting our Raffle, Appeals, Virtual Gifts, and Regular Giving campaigns. Designing and delivering creative supporter journeys that improve donor experience and boost long-term support. Collaborating closely with marketing, data, and supporter care teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery. Reporting on campaign performance and continuously seeking ways to improve our reach and results. Supporting donor care during staff absence to ensure high standards of service.

East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH) ensures the best possible quality of life and makes every moment count for children and families across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk. Our family-centred approach includes specialist nursing care, symptom management nursing, short breaks, wellbeing activities, therapies, care at end of life, bereavement support, counselling and volunteer services in the family home; all meeting the individual needs of the child, young person and whole family.


In 2020, all three of our hospices; The Nook (Norfolk), The Treehouse (Ipswich) and Milton (Cambridge) were rated OUTSTANDING by the Care Quality Commission.

We employ around 400 employees and have more than 1,800 volunteers across the organisation, including 52 shops and a Retail Distribution Centre.
