Europia is a values-led charity supporting Central and Eastern European (CEE), Roma, and other European nationals across Greater Manchester. Founded in 2008, we provide person-centred services including immigration advice, mental health and wellbeing activities, emergency support, and cultural programming. Our work champions equality, inclusion, and the power of lived experience. We're a small but impactful team driven by community voice, and we're proud to be a Living Wage employer and part of the Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter.
About the job:
This is an exciting opportunity to shape how Europia communicates its mission and secures funding to grow our work. You'll:
Develop inclusive fundraising and communications strategies
Build strong relationships with donors, funders, and partners
Craft compelling funding bids and engaging digital content
Tell stories of impact that connect with the communities we serve
As part of a small and passionate team, your contributions will be visible and meaningful, whether you're leading a campaign, writing a report, or creating social media that amplifies community voice.
We understand that this may be a new and exciting opportunity for someone who hasn't held a combined fundraising and communications role before. To support your success, informal mentoring will be offered by experienced professionals in similar roles.
