We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fundraising Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support our mission. This position requires exceptional organisational skills, strong relationship management abilities, and a commitment to fostering positive connections with donors and stakeholders. The Fundraising Coordinator will work closely with various teams to ensure the success of fundraising initiatives while maintaining a focus on customer service and public relations.

Duties



Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising plans to meet organisational goals. Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners. Utilise Raiser's Edge software for tracking donations, managing donor relationships, and generating reports. Conduct market research to identify potential funding opportunities and trends in philanthropy. Coordinate fundraising events, including logistics, marketing, and volunteer management. Prepare promotional materials and communications to engage potential donors. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance public relations efforts related to fundraising activities. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries from donors and stakeholders promptly.

Experience



Proven experience in fundraising or a related field is highly desirable. Familiarity with Raiser's Edge or similar donor management software is an advantage. Strong background in relationship management and public relations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Pay: 95.32-123.38 per day
