About the Role:
As our Fundraising Data Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping how we understand and engage with our supporters. You will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, produce insightful reports, and lead on data quality and compliance. Your work will directly support our fundraising, marketing, and supporter care teams--helping us build stronger relationships and generate vital income for our services.
What we want you to bring.
You will be an experienced data analyst with a passion for using data to support charitable impact.
You will have proven ability to translate data into strategic insights and recommendations.
You will have strong analytical skills and experience in CRM or database fundraising (charity sector preferred).
You will be proficient in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data visualisation tools as well as an understanding of data protection regulations.
You will have excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
You will need to be confident to present finding, suggest changes and that can lead to specific actions and improvements.
You will have significant experience in mapping customer journeys and implementing lifecycle communication strategies.
