We are seeking a passionate and dedicated person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the key member for fund raising & event planning including social activity for residents. Some flexibility is required for evening & weekend events. We are looking for someone with the ability to motivate & guide other staff in the home towards the social well-being of the residents.
Responsibilities
Promote privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights & fulfilment for all residents.
Promote birthdays & special events that are recognised locally & nationally throughout the year.
Develop and execute fundraising campaigns that align with organisational goals.
Liase with all relevant staff throughout the home advising of events.
Organise & coordinate plan all the homes special events, including fundraising.
Book all entertainment & activities for the home.
Produce a weekly newsletter & activities planner.
Create marketing materials and communications to promote fundraising events and initiatives.
Skills required
Demonstrated experience in fundraising strategies and techniques.
Excellent marketing skills with a focus on effective communication.
Outstanding customer service abilities, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
