An exciting opportunity to join our ambitious fundraising team as Fundraising Manager, in this newly shaped role that will see the postholder work across a range of innovative new events, campaigns and initiatives, with scope to develop and grow each with your unique experience and ideas.


We are looking for an inspirational leader, able to manage a small team of line reports, made up of community and events fundraising and administrative colleagues, within our friendly fundraising team, whilst working collaboratively across the wider organisation to deliver scalable fundraising plans, work within agreed budgets and drive our income generation strategy to meet and exceed ambitious income budgets which support the vital work of the hospice.


Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in people management, be able to demonstrate experience in delivering successful, profitable projects and events and will be a proven relationship builder, able to communicate, influence and engage at all levels.


From working directly with supporters and volunteers, to developing and delivering an event from scratch, this role will see you delivering exciting new plans and embedding strong stewardship, identifying opportunity and maximising all avenues of income generation.
