This premier US law firm has built an enviable funds practice in London, with an impressive client base that involves working on multi-billion dollar transactions. The team are regarded as experts in advising on the full spectrum of issues concerning private funds and secondary transactions.
The firm encourages their lawyers to take on as much responsibility as possible so great opportunities are on offer for ambitious associates. The team are busy and growing and are keen to consider applications from lawyers across the NQ to 6+ PQE level.
