Job Title: PA to Senior Manager



Contract Type: 12 month FTC



Location: Alderley Park or Edinburgh



Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based

We have an exciting opportunity for a PA to join the Finance department and provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to members of the Senior Management team. You will ensure that high standards and confidentiality are maintained at all times and that the professional image of the company is projected in all work completed.

About the role



Support aligned members of the Senior Finance Leadership Team with secretarial and administrative support. Organise and manage meetings (internal and external) and travel arrangements Ensure all relevant information and documentation is available and distributed in advance of meetings Act as key point of contact to the aligned Senior Leaders Take ownership of communications in the absence of the Senior Leader using own knowledge or referring matters to members of the management team Co-ordinate and distribute management information within agreed timescales Attend management meetings as required and take accurate minutes, typing and circulating within agreed timescales Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations as determined Support members of the Senior Leader's management team as agreed Work closely with other Finance PAs to support the Senior Finance Leadership Team as required
