About the Role

We are looking for a Casual Driver to assist with funeral operations and support our team. This role involves driving ceremonial vehicles, assisting with bringing loved ones into our care, vehicle cleaning and preparation, and other general duties to help ensure our services run smoothly.

The role requires someone who is professional, compassionate, physically fit and comfortable working in sensitive situations. Previous funeral experience is not required, full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Drive ceremonial vehicles, including hearses and limousines Assisting with the dignified transfer of loved ones into our care Taking part in our on-call rota (generous additional payments) Cleaning and maintaining funeral vehicles to a high standard Assist as a bearer during funeral services Support the funeral team with general duties around the office Represent the company with professionalism, empathy and respect at all times
Requirements

Full UK driving licence (essential) For insurance purposes you must be over 25 years old Live within 30 minutes of KA8 Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties Professional appearance and manor Ability to work as part of a small supportive team Flexibility to work varying hours including short notice shift and out of office hours

Pay: 15.00-20.00 per hour
