Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Service Associate to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and supporting operational tasks within our organisation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and capable of handling physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting. Duties

Greet customers courteously and assist with their enquiries Support daily operational activities to ensure smooth service delivery Handle stock replenishment and organise supplies efficiently Assist with the setup and breakdown of service areas as required Perform heavy lifting tasks to move equipment or stock safely and effectively Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workspaces and customer areas Collaborate with team members to meet service standards and deadlines Follow health and safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment To be 'on call' one week in every three

Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer-facing or service role is advantageous but not essential Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and with proper technique Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Physically fit with the stamina to handle demanding tasks throughout shifts Flexibility to work various shifts as required, including weekends if necessary

Requirements for successful candidates

Candidates must be 30+

Previous experience preferred

Hold a full clean driving licence

Must live within 5-10 mile radius of NP223QE due to on-call rota (1 week in 3)

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
