We are hiring a

full-time Funnel Tech & Automation Engineer

to join our internal team.

You will be responsible for building, integrating, and automating the backend systems that power one of our client's growth funnels.

This is a

technical implementation role

, not a creative role.

You will be the engineer who turns our strategy into a fully automated, functional machine.

Your Mission

Architect and implement end-to-end marketing automations using

n8n

, forms, CRM systems, email platforms, booking tools, payment gateways, tracking systems, and funnel infrastructure.

You will work directly with our Funnel Architect to execute builds quickly and reliably.

Your ResponsibilitiesAutomation & Workflow Development

Build advanced automation flows inside

n8n

Connect forms, CRM, email platforms, booking tools, and payment systems Create conditional routing, tagging, segmentation, and triggers Automate lead magnet delivery, onboarding, verification, and follow-up flows Maintain and optimise workflows for speed and stability

Funnel Infrastructure

Implement landing page tech (forms, integrations, tracking) Connect payment gateways to CRM + automated onboarding Build triggered email sequences (logic + routing -- copy provided) Integrate Telegram / WhatsApp workflows Create data pipes between platforms (API, webhooks, n8n nodes)

Tracking & Quality Assurance

Install and configure tracking pixels, UTMs, events Ensure all touchpoints push correct data into CRM Test funnels end-to-end to eliminate errors Monitor workflow health and address issues immediately

System Architecture Support

Translate funnel strategy into technical workflows Suggest improvements for automation efficiency Document all systems, flows, and processes clearly

Requirements

Proven experience with

n8n

(required) Strong understanding of automation logic, triggers, and data flow Experience integrating CRMs, email platforms, scheduling tools, and payment systems Ability to work with APIs and webhooks Strong problem-solving ability Extremely detail-oriented: nothing breaks under your watch Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines Bonus: experience in marketing funnels, onboarding automation, or lead gen systems Bonus: familiarity with Telegram automations Bonus: basic knowledge of tracking and analytics (Meta/TikTok pixels)
