We are looking for a reliable, practical, and skilled individual to join our established furniture manufacturing team as a

Production Team Member

. In this role, you will support various stages of the production process, including cabinet assembly, door hanging, and drawer fitting.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with both hand and power tools and have some experience in a fast-paced production environment. This is a great opportunity to expand your skills while contributing to the creation of high-quality, made-to-order furniture. All our pieces are crafted in-house to the highest standards using premium timber and materials.

Responsibilities

Assist in the construction of cabinets, installation of doors, and fitting of drawers, utilising both hand and power tools while ensuring all work meets quality standards. Support factory activities, including the organisation, handling, and movement of materials and finished products. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow across the production line. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment by adhering to all health and safety regulations. Take part in training sessions to develop skills and expand knowledge related to production techniques and processes.

Requirements

Proven experience in a production or assembly role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge is advantageous, particularly in operating hand tools and power tools. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment but also be happy working using your own initiative. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Familiarity with warehouse operations is advantageous but not essential.
