About the role:
As a Sales Advisor, you'll be the face of our store - welcoming customers, listening to their needs, and helping them find the right products. Alongside sales, you'll also support the smooth running of the business by carrying out key administrative tasks such as:
Processing customer orders
Booking in deliveries
Liaising with the delivery team to ensure excellent service
What we're looking for:
Confident, approachable, and professional
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organised and comfortable with admin tasks
Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage, but not essential

Duties
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Utilise merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling customer inquiries and follow-ups.
Upsell products and services to maximise sales opportunities.
Maintain an organised workspace and ensure all sales materials are up-to-date.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Manage time effectively to balance multiple customer interactions and administrative tasks.
manage the sales process from enquiry to delivery speaking to customers ordering good liasing with the warehouse and manufacturing teams and booking deliveries
Requirements
Proficiency in English is essential
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory.
Excellent organisational skills to maintain an efficient work environment.
Previous experience in a sales or retail environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
