Full Time Sales Consultant, Watch/Jewellery repair

With three shops in the Cheshire area and growing, we are considered one of the leading Diamond Jewellery stockists in the Northwest of England. In addition to our extensive range of Diamond jewellery we also offer a large number of high-profile prestige Watch & Jewellery brands such as Brown & Newirth, Baume & Mercier, Raymond Weil, Longines, Rado, Oris to name but a few.

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential clients.
Learn new skills involving basic Watch, Jewellery & Clock repairs
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Completing day to day tasks as part of a team & individually
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Experience
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with sales software is advantageous.
Proficiency with computer software eg.Word, Excel etc.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
