The face of charity retailing has changed dramatically in recent years, and as a local charity, we have to compete. Rowcroft's chain of shops now includes everything from High Street to Boutique, Vintage, Furniture & Electrical, and Ella's Cafe Lounges. Our shops are at the very heart of our communities and high streets.


As the Manager, you will be at the forefront of creating an exceptional retail experience, that will contribute towards continually growing the success of our retail business.


With strong leadership skills, and an enthusiastic approach, you will be a real people person, managing your team of volunteers, and acting as a brand ambassador for the hospice. We encourage our managers to use their creativity, be innovative, and to embrace all commercial opportunities, in order to meet targets and deliver the high standards that will be expected of you. As a manager you will be expected and supported to take part in the Leadership and Management training programme offered by Rowcroft. This role will require you to thrive in a fast-paced environment and undertake a significant amount of manual handling.
