As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finishing Specialist to uphold our commitment to excellence in furniture finishing.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sprayer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical knowledge and experience with various hand and power tools. As a Sprayer, you will be responsible for applying coatings and finishes to products, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the process. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to safety in the workplace.

Duties

Operate spray equipment to apply paints, stains, and other finishes on various surfaces. Hand apply stains and finishes to customers samples Prepare surfaces for spraying by cleaning, sanding, or priming as necessary. Maintain and clean spray equipment to ensure optimal performance. Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications. Assist in the assembly of components as required during the production process.
