We are currently seeking hardworking and reliable

Further Processing Production Operatives

to join our fast-paced production environment at Cranswick Convenience Foods. As part of our Further Processing team, you'll play a vital role in handling and preparing high-quality food products that reach millions of consumers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Manually lift and load product logs into dolavs (large storage containers) for further processing Operate within a fast-paced production environment, ensuring product quality and safety at all times Adhere to all health & safety and food hygiene regulations Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets Follow standard operating procedures and report any deviations or issues promptly

What We're Looking For:

Physically fit and capable of manual handling and repetitive lifting Comfortable working in a cold and high-paced food production environment Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided Ability to work well both independently and within a team
