to join our

Further Processing (High Risk) department

in our high-risk food manufacturing environment in

Milton Keynes

.

As a hands-on Team Leader, you will oversee a small team of Operatives on a production line or area, ensuring daily operational plans are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading your team to deliver daily production plans effectively and on time Working alongside Operatives to keep production lines running smoothly Escalating any issues to your Supervisor and supporting continuous improvement Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety at all times Conducting on-the-job training, appraisals, and supporting team development Supporting GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards and weekly audit readiness Assisting Supervisors in achieving departmental performance targets Providing cover in the absence of the Supervisor Managing team break schedules and shift paperwork Promoting a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and respect

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Team Leader or experienced Operative in food manufacturing Good understanding of food hygiene, health & safety regulations Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills A team player who leads by example and brings a positive attitude Flexible and adaptable to changing demands and tasks Reliable, conscientious, and able to work under pressure
