We are looking for passionate and committed

Futsal Coaches

to join our growing club in Edinburgh. We are currently recruiting for

two roles

:

Head/Lead Coach for our

Men's Team

Coach for our

Juniors Team.

Whether you're experienced with senior players or thrive in developing youth talent, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver high-quality futsal training sessions tailored to the age and level of the team (Men's or Juniors). Coach and manage teams during matches and competitions. Encourage a positive, inclusive, and team-focused culture. Assess player development and provide regular feedback. Communicate effectively with players and club staff. Ensure a safe environment and promote good conduct on and off the court.

Skills

Strong understanding of futsal coaching principles, tactics, and player development. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and motivate players at various development stages. Organised and dependable, with a proactive approach to coaching. Comfortable working independently or as part of a coaching team.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of coaching experience (futsal or football). First Aid certification. PVG Scheme registered (or willing to join). Full UK driving licence or reliable transport to training/matches. Relevant futsal or football coaching qualifications.

Preferred.

Experience coaching youth or adult teams.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
