Position Title: Staff Analyst

External Description:

Game analyst will help us to analyse game data of our racing titles and help us to improve the game performance and players experience. You will be reporting to the Analytics Manager

Working with data engineers, analysts, and game developers to make sure all the Racing Games studios will have the Insights they need.

Responsibilities:

Work with the Racing Analytics team to improve Racing games using game analytics and data analysis

Take part of building advance dashboards and provide insights for the relevant partners

Present analysis and KPI\'s to the Racing studios and other partners

Taking part in the game design process and provide analytics to improve the game

Analyze big volumes of data to provide clear picture of the game performance

Use the latest cloud technology and BI tools to support the studio with game and business intelligence

Work closely with data developers to make sure we have all the tracking for our analytics and solve data issues

Be part of the EA analytics community and share Racing knowledge with other teams

Qualifications:

Technical skills

Experience working with big data volumes

Experience data analysis using SQL, Python, R

Experience with develop BI reports using BI tools (PowerBI / Looker / Tableau)

Snowflake

Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Office365, Miro

Soft skills

Customers oriented - both to our players and to our partners

Problem solver with Investigation mindset

You will collaborate with other teams to achieve shared goal

You will be able manage multiple task

Team player

Have attention to details while understand the bigger picture
