Key Tasks
?Plan and deliver exciting lessons supporting learner progression, that relate to their needs and interests
?Promote safety, wellbeing and safeguarding (CPOMS)
?Record attendance and academic notes on Arbor MIS
?Track learner progression on the allocated Google Sheets
?Develop innovative opportunities for interdepartmental and intradepartmental project collaborations
?Use a range of assessment methods and provide outstanding and prompt feedback to inspire learners
?Complete learner one-to-one tutorials and individual learning plans on a bi-termly basis
?Facilitate the wide-range of enrichment trips and guest speaker events arranged across the year
?Work towards a stable learner retention and qualification achievement rate
?Undertake in-house training to remain up-to-date with awarding body expectations
?Support learners to prepare for their assessed end-of-year project
Salary and Days of Work
?16.9 hours across 3.5 days a week for 52 weeks per year
?35 days of annual leave plus UK bank holidays
?Start Date ASAP
?Annual salary will depend on experience teaching experience and qualifications: 13,524 to 20,286 (FTE 28,000 - 42,000)
?This job is part time for one year with a view to be made full time in August 2026 with the introduction of a second cohort
