Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Game Master to join our team. The Game Master will be responsible for creating an immersive and engaging experience for our guests, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and that participants have a memorable time. This role requires excellent management skills, a strong background in hospitality, and a passion for guest services.

Duties

Facilitate and oversee game sessions, ensuring all rules are understood and adhered to by participants. Create an inviting atmosphere by welcoming guests and providing exceptional customer service throughout their experience. Manage the logistics of game operations, including setting up equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Engage with guests during gameplay, offering guidance, support, and encouragement to enhance their enjoyment. Handle any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to continually improve the guest experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong background in guest services with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. A passion for games and entertainment, with an understanding of escape rooms and or axe throwing. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure smooth operations during game sessions. Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: 10.65-12.40 per hour
