Games Master - Weekdays & Weekends

18+ Key Holder - 3-Month Contract 0 HOURS (Extendable)

Job Purpose:

As a Games Master, your main responsibility is to create an unforgettable customer experience during escape room games. From ensuring proper game preparation to maintaining a safe environment, you play a key role in making every visit memorable.

Main Duties:

1. Greet customers warmly, confirm bookings using Resova, and prepare them for their game.

2. Conduct pre-game briefings following the game-specific script, covering all key points from the checklist.

3. Supervise games, either remotely or in person, ensuring a seamless experience.

4. Conclude the game with a friendly debrief, team photo, and inviting returns.

5. Reset game rooms to specifications, complete Facebook posts, and ensure readiness for the next game.

Additional Duties:

1. Clean game rooms, including vacuuming, dusting, and wiping props.

2. Handle emergency repairs and replacements, reporting wear and tear to the Duty Manager.

3. Distribute leaflets and represent the company at exhibitions.

4. Assist in the preparation, building, and testing of new sites and games.

Responsibilities:

1. Process bookings, handle payments, and refer refund requests to the Shift Manager.

2. Maintain a safe working environment by addressing H&S issues and reporting risks promptly.

Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
