Job Purpose:

As a Games Master, your mission is to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers during their escape room adventures. From welcoming guests to resetting rooms, your role is central to the fun and immersive experience.

Main Duties:

Greet guests, confirm bookings via

Resova

, and prep teams for their game. Deliver engaging game briefings using provided scripts and checklists. Monitor and support games (in-person or remotely) to ensure smooth flow. Conduct post-game debriefs, take team photos, and encourage repeat visits. Reset rooms to exact specifications and update social media (e.g., Facebook).

Additional Duties:

Clean game rooms (vacuuming, dusting, prop care). Handle emergency repairs and report damage to the Duty Manager. Represent the company by handing out flyers or attending exhibitions. Help build, prepare, and test new games or sites as needed.

Responsibilities:

Take payments, manage bookings, and escalate refund issues to the Shift Manager. Keep a safe and tidy environment, reporting any H&S concerns promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must be 18+ (Key holder responsibility)

No experience needed - full training provided Excellent communication and people skills Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask Customer service experience is a bonus Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn
