Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Game Master to join our team. As a Game Master, you will play a pivotal role in creating an engaging and immersive experience for our guests. You will be responsible for managing game sessions, ensuring that all participants have a memorable time while adhering to the rules and guidelines of the games. Your hospitality skills will shine as you interact with guests, providing exceptional service and support throughout their gaming experience.

Responsibilities

Facilitate and oversee game sessions, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to rules. Engage with participants, providing guidance and support to enhance their gaming experience. Manage group dynamics, ensuring all guests feel included and valued during gameplay. Preparing and resetting the games prior to sessions. Address any issues or concerns that arise during gameplay, maintaining a positive atmosphere. Collect feedback from participants to continually improve the gaming experience.

Key Requirements

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of people. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment. A passion for games and an understanding of various gaming formats is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. A friendly, approachable demeanour with a commitment to delivering outstanding guest service. A level of physical fitness is required due to the mobile nature of the job at times.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
