As a

Senior

Site Technician

at Fairgame, you'll play a vital role in keeping the fun going -- literally. From maintaining our custom-built games to supporting both guests and internal teams, you'll be at the core of the action every day.

Working closely with colleagues across departments, as well as external suppliers and manufacturers, you'll take ownership of the technical side of the Fairgame games experience. That means being hands-on with our mechanical and electronic installations, responding quickly to breakdowns, and ensuring everything runs smoothly for every guest.

You'll get stuck into performance data, analyse trends, and suggest improvements to maximise uptime and enjoyment. As someone who thrives on problem-solving, you'll relish the challenge of diagnosing and resolving technical issues, while always keeping safety and customer experience top of mind.

This is a fast-paced, varied role -- no two days will be the same. You'll be expected to learn the ins and outs of our systems, provide day-to-day support to the on-site team, and occasionally step in to guide guests or handle concerns with professionalism and care.

About the role:



Maintain and troubleshoot custom-built game installations (mechanical and electronic). Operate and support integrated software systems. Respond to and resolve technical faults and breakdowns swiftly. Carry out regular housekeeping and cleaning of equipment. Monitor and analyse data to drive performance improvements. Produce performance reports when required. Work collaboratively with team members and assist in scheduling maintenance or repairs. Interact with guests professionally, offering technical support and resolving issues on-site. Learn and operate internal software tools and liaise with suppliers/manufacturers for ongoing support.
