We're now looking for a Gaming Commercial Manager - a commercially driven leader who lives and breathes data, understands what motivates players, and knows how to turn insight into impact. You'll take charge of our gaming portfolio, driving revenue, shaping strategy, and ensuring that every customer interaction delivers exceptional value.

What you will be doing:

Oversee and optimise the day-to-day performance of 888 Gaming products, ensuring revenue and engagement targets are achieved. Evaluate performance data to uncover the "What", "So What", and "What Next" - translating insights into actionable business plans. Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer experience. Define and execute innovative marketing plans, working closely with eCommerce and Acquisition teams to drive ROI. Build strong relationships with Third Party suppliers, negotiating exclusivity and promotional opportunities. Partner with the Head of Gaming Commercial and key stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives and meet critical milestones. Work hand-in-hand with CRM, Analytics, and BI teams to continually enhance the customer journey and product performance. Stay ahead of the market - monitor competitors, identify gaps, and recommend bold moves to keep us in the lead.

Deep understanding of online Casino products, trends, and player needs. Data-driven mindset -- highly analytical with considerable commercial acumen. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to influence at all levels. Proven experience in the online gambling sector, ideally within an online Casino environment.
