Gap Analysis Facilitator

Gap Analysis Facilitator

to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in

As a Gap Analysis Facilitator you'll:

Evaluate the current building conditions, including facilities, systems, and services (HVAC, elevators, lighting, restrooms, accessibility, fire safety, etc.). Review GSK's internal Facilities policies, standards, and manuals related to maintenance, safety, sustainability, energy efficiency, and user experience. Identify gaps between landlord/builder delivery and GSK requirements, considering technical, operational, and contractual aspects. Prioritize gaps based on criticality: regulatory compliance, operational impact, reputation, or employee experience. Develop and propose an action plan to address gaps, including technical, operational, contractual, or procedural improvements. Coordinate with support teams: Sodexo technical providers, engineering, IT, security, maintenance, EHS, and global facilities. Prepare reports outlining findings, priorities, risks, and recommendations for executive review. Deliver a comprehensive final report documenting all actionable findings and necessary adjustments.

What we're looking for:

Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facility Management, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Facilities Management, building maintenance, or adaptation projects. Experience in demanding corporate environments, preferably in regulated pharmaceutical or multinational companies. Familiarity with maintenance, sustainability, safety, and ergonomics standards. + Experience in handover and adaptation of newly leased buildings is highly desirable.

Technical Competencies

Strong knowledge of HVAC, high/low voltage infrastructure, fire protection, and technical maintenance. Proficiency with Facilities Management software (e.g., CMMS), AutoCAD, and Excel. Ability to analyze blueprints, technical specs, and lease agreements. Basic understanding of EHS regulations, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Skills

Structured thinker with a solution-oriented mindset. Excellent communicator capable of influencing technical and non-technical teams. Skilled in prioritization, stakeholder management, and working under pressure. Autonomous, proactive, and collaborative approach. Strong at documenting, reporting, and following up on technical action plans.
