Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled and driven

Business Analyst

with a strong background in Agile environments and a proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. If you have experience in business analysis and product management, along with exposure to retail and/or healthcare domains, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize business requirements. Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and product features. Drive product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions. Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and feasibility studies for new initiatives. Support testing, training, and change management during project rollouts. Champion continuous improvement and innovation across product lifecycles.

What you will bring:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Product Management. Proven experience working in Agile environments. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Background in Order Management Systems and associated business processes. Experience in retail and/or healthcare domains is highly desirable. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project/product management platforms.
