We require an aftersales specialist to join our Garage Equipment division, the role of aftersales is both interesting and demanding and is the important link between our Garage Equipment suppliers, engineers and our customers.
This role requires excellent customer service including good communications skills and telephone manor, the ability to create sales opportunities, issue quotations and build a strong sales ethos in your team is essential. In addition the role requires strong administration skills using an ability to plan and take decisions Whilst maximising efficiency. You will be required to manage support systems such as parts location and acquisition, job planning and engineer support.
This is a lively and demanding role which means the ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative is essential, the ability to make rapid decisions in a constantly changing environment is essential. Whilst no previous experience is necessary a knowledge of Autmotive,engineering or mechanical systems would be an advantage, the work planning systems and general administration require strong IT skills so good computer literacy is essential to the role.
