Be a reliable and efficient point of contact for customers ensuring excellent customer service
through communication and customer satisfaction
Welcome customers into the parts store
Organise service bookings, assist with ordering of parts, stock control and deal with customers
requests both in-person and over the phone
Promote the service and parts facilities to encourage repeat aftersales
Coordinate with all team members regarding sales, parts and service
Create customer invoices and handle payment transactions
Essential Experience and Skills
A full driver's licence as driving duties are involved
Experience in a similar customer-facing role
Confident computer user
Knowledge of vehicle parts and interest in motor industry
Excellent organisational, time management and team work skills
Professionally presented and possesses a good work ethic

Pay: 33,000.00-40,000.00 per year
