We are a rapidly growing MOT Centre looking for an enthusiastic and energetic
Branch Manager
to join our team. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring an efficient, high-quality service for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the booking of MOTs, services, and repair work.
Distribute and control the workload of a skilled team of technicians and MOT testers, maximising workshop efficiency and quality output.
Ensure customers are kept informed throughout their vehicle's service, from booking to completion.
Handle customer queries with confidence, both face-to-face and over the phone, delivering exceptional customer service.
Produce accurate invoices for completed work.
Manage stock, including tyre orders and fast-fit parts, ensuring optimal stock levels.
Lead and manage staff, promoting a positive, collaborative working environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in the
Fast Fit/Retail Automotive
industry, ideally in a similar management role.
Strong knowledge of tyre fitting, service repairs, and MOT processes.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle queries effectively and professionally.
Experience in staff management and team coordination.
Computer literacy is essential.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a busy environment.
