Our Garden Centre has recently benefited from significant investment, and we are now entering an exciting phase of growth.

We are seeking an experienced Garden Centre Manager to lead the next stage of its development, driving retail excellence, elevating customer experience, and maximising the opportunities within this vibrant and fast-evolving destination.

This role is ideal for a process-driven Retail Manager with energy, emotional intelligence, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams.

Hours of Work

Average of 5 days per week, on a rotating fortnightly rota. Will include alternate weekends. Between the hours of 0800 - 1745; exact days and hours to be discussed at interview. Closed Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, 27th December and New Year ' s Day

Our ideal candidate

2+ years ' experience in a similar role either in a Garden Centre or Retail environment. Hands on and experienced people leader. A love of everything retail. A commercial mindset with an understanding of the effect of current affairs on business. Experience with financial data, KPI management and data analysis.
