Job Description
We are looking for a Part Time Permanent Weekend Garden Centre Supervisor to join the team in our Mortonhall Garden Centre.
This is a weekend role only. The hours are 17 per week Saturday & Sunday
Our competitive rate for this role is 12.70 per hour.
The Role
As a Garden Centre Supervisor, you will use your retail expertise to ensure the smooth running of till area, making sure we have excellent shop standards and a knowledgeable and customer focused team.
What you will be doing as a Garden Centre Supervisor?
Supporting in duty management to ensure the safe and secure operation of the Centre. Coaching and developing you team of colleagues in all aspect of their role. Advising our customers on products for their needs, taking every opportunity to WOW. Till operation and serving customers. Oversee general housekeeping and cleaning as required.
